I was just flicking through a bunch of old random print outs that I have accumulated over the journey and stumbled upon a little Coriander Pesto recipe, which will help to eliminate heavy metals accumulated in the body.
I once did a heavy metal detox with a bought supplement. In the middle of the detox I visited a well-known Irridologist in my area. I said absolutely nothing to him and when he shone his little torch in my eyes, the first thing he said was, ” Geez, you have some heavy metals in your blood”.
So I can vouch, It really does work!
4 cloves of garlic
1/3 cup of Brazil nuts (selenium)
1/3 cup of sunflower seeds (cysteine)
1/3 cup of pumpkin seeds (zinc, magnesium)
2 cups packed fresh coriander (vitamin A)
2/3 cup of Wheat Germ and/or olive oil
4 tablespoons of lemon juice (vitamin C)
2 teaspoons of Dulse powder
Sea salt to taste
*Process the coriander and the wheat germ oil in the blender until the coriander is chopped. Add the garlic, nuts, seeds, dulse and lemon juice and mix until the mixture is finely blended into a paste. Add a pinch of sea salt to taste and blend again. Store in dark glass jars if possible. It freezes well, so purchase coriander in season and fill enough jars to last throughout the year.
Coriander has been proven to chelate toxic metals from our bodies in a relatively short period of time. Combined with the benefits of the other ingredients, this recipe is a powerful tissue cleanser. Two teaspoons daily for three weeks is enough to increase the urinary excretion of mercury, lead and aluminium, thus effectively removing these toxic metals from our bodies. We can consider doing this cleanse for three weeks at least once a year. If a detox reaction occurs reduce dosage to one teaspoon daily.
